The MPS Team HQ will be closed for Christmas from 5pm on Wednesday 23rd December, reopening on Monday 4th January 2021.

To make sure that your print infrastructure stays up and running whilst we’re closed, we recommend you check your consumable levels and place an order before Friday 18th December for any items which may run out over the festive period.

If you need to, you can still place orders with Xerox or HP for consumables or request support from an engineer directly from Xerox or HP using the phone numbers below or via your logins to the customer support portals (FMP – Xerox, DCC – HP).

Xerox services will be closed 25th-28th December, re-opening from 29th-31st December and closed 1st January 2021.

HP Service Delivery Managers will be online offering support over the Christmans period except 25th December and 1st January 2021.

HP Engineers are supporting businesses as usual except 25th, 26th and 28th December and 1st January 2021.
