The challenege was to support the business with printing and drive down long-term sustainable savings whilst providing a best in call MPS service.
- To review the total fleet of print devices and recommend options for change that included a secure Managed Print solution.
- Commit to a level of pro-active service with a Help Desk provision that integrated with their internal IT service team.
- Ensure clear and defined service SLA’s.
The MPS Team recommend the installation of a fleet of A3 Xerox MFD’s supported with a PaperCut print management solution.
- Introduced a range of A3 Xerox MFD’s ensuring the right device was in the right area of the business to service different department demands.
- Introduced a PaperCut print management service based on induvial user authentication.
- Implemented a pro-active Help Desk facility that feeds directly into the IT Team and ensures pro-active monitoring.
Consolidation of assets removing all desktop A4 print and directing it through a new fleet of A3 Xerox MFD’s supported by PaperCut print management.
- Reduced overall annual savings of circa. 32% through a clear print policy and rules-based printing for all.
- Proactive daily management of all devices with direct access to IT Helpdesk facility.
- Regular reviews to ensure SLA delivery.
